AKUA ENERJİ ÜRETİM A.Ş. — KAYALIK HES
Kayalık Hydroelectric Power Plant is a hydroelectric power plant investment located in İliç, Erzincan that has 5.76 MW established power and averages 42,000,000 kWh energy production yearly. It is owned by Akua Energy Production Joint-Stock Company, a Haşemoğlu Construction Industry Limited Company affiliate, and was granted a 49-year production license by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority on 17 August 2006. It is being constructed by Haşemoğlu Construction Industry Limited Company.
CKM ENERJİ
Sena Hydroelectric Power Plant is a hydroelectric power plant investment of CKM Energy Production and Commerce Limited Company, a Haşemoğlu Construction Industry Limited Company affiliate, located in Kağızman, Kars, with a total installed capacity of 14.14 MW and an average annual production of 60,000,000 kWh.
OKYANUS ENERJİ
Yonca Hydroelectric Power Plant is a hydroelectric power plant investment of Okyanus Energy Production Limited Company — a joint venture between Akua Energy Production Joint-Stock Company and Hayat Energy Investments Joint-Stock Company — located in Çamlıkaya, Erzurum, with 6.47 MW of installed capacity and an average annual production of 25,000,000 kWh.
Sarıçoban Hydroelectric Power Plant is the same joint venture's second investment, located in Sason, Batman, with 27.39 MW of installed capacity and an average annual production of 95,000,000 kWh.
MAYA ENERJİ
Metin Hydroelectric Power Plant is a hydroelectric power plant investment of Maya Energy Production Limited Company, a Haşemoğlu Construction Industry Limited Company affiliate, located in Kulp, Diyarbakır, with a total installed capacity of 14.88 MW and an average annual production of 84,000,000 kWh.

Connected to the World
Ankatel Telekomünikasyon ve Enerji Hizmetleri İnşaat Turizm A.Ş. was established as a Haşemoğlu Group affiliate, and continues to be part of the digital transformation by providing communication infrastructure and technical installation services to global standards.
Ankatel Telekom A.Ş. built the 70,000-subscriber Cable TV network of Gaziantep on a turnkey basis and delivered it to Turkish Telecom, becoming one of the first four companies to build a Cable TV network in Turkey. It also won, through tender, the "Maintenance, Repair and Fault Restoration of Telephone Networks" contract for the central and residential areas of Ankara's 1st Region — piloted for the first time in Turkey in December 1999 — and completed the project in September 2004, when its contract with Türk Telekom A.Ş. ended.

Nathaş Tourism — Hydros Beach Resort
Located in Kemer where the blue of the Mediterranean meets the green of the Taurus Mountains, Hydros Beach Resort has served as a first-class holiday village since 1989, and — with the addition of a hotel building in 2001 — also as a 4-star hotel. The facility has a total of 341 rooms (237 bungalows and 104 hotel rooms); the rooms, fully renovated in 2006, are 1 km from downtown Kemer and 56 km from Antalya Airport.
We also have a special-class 4-star hotel investment in Elmadağ, Ankara, for winter tourism.
